With a primary focus on Competency Assurance, we use a flexible, collaborative customer service approach to work intimately with our clients, building targeted training programs that incorporate our best-in-class training products and services. These programs are developed and delivered with input from our broad team of consultants and industry-trained professionals, including subject matter experts, facilitators, counselors, project administrators and managers.

We have extensive expertise in the training of existing and potential employees, and hold a primary goal of guiding young candidates to choose a career that best suits their particular skills and qualifications. The quality of training is paramount to our company's philosophy, as we believe that the effective training of personnel is the key to success for any organization.

We place rigorous emphasis on quality, working closely with our clients to design customized programs which are tailored to meet their specific training needs. RAY Skills’ current training facilities are in Muscat including an integrated Training Center Office, as well as Mobile Units.
